Goat cheese

Nourished in the Ventoux hills, these goats provide a deliciously scented milk, a mixture of all the pastures and aromatic plants of the area, which then produces this delectable cheese.

Lamb of Pays de Sault

Lamb raised around Sault come from the breed named "Southern Prealps" which local breeders have for several generations chosen to continue producing according to ancient traditions.

This lamb has one of the best pedigrees of all French breeds raised on French soil.

Spelt from Haute-Provence

Triticum monococcum
Traces of spelt cultivation date from as far back as 9000 BC, making it the true ancestor of modern cereals.

Though it was eaten in great quantities till Roman times, "engrain" (the usual name for spelt) was rediscovered by the wide public only recently.

The Mont Ventoux pork

Mont Ventoux pork comes from animals raised in semi-liberty on the Plateau of Sault, at an altitude of between 800 and 1000 metres.
